I use to think I need like at least 2 eggs.. but I usually crack like 4 to make breakfast...
But today I found out that 1 egg is plenty.
I went over to a friends house.
She said if I wanted something to eat, she had one egg left and I said sure since she wanted to get rid of it.
Anyways I was thinking to myself that it wasn't going to be enough...
But when she brought out the egg, it was plenty!
I was like wow... maybe it was just the way I've been cooking it, I usually scramble my eggs..
So when I came home and got hungry, I thought I tried cooking just one egg..
Low and behold, it was plenty... as long as I don't scrable it, it's plenty.

I don't eat anymore than two eggs if I ever have eggs for breakfasts.

Maybe she added a bit of milk/water to it. :D

I've been eating one cracked egg for about a month now...
And it's plenty..
I dont think she added anything becuase I watched her.
