I've chopped it up and cook with zaub green as well as rotisserie it over an open fire, you?? ???:

I've never try "hmong smoked pork", bought it that way before. Maybe next time, I'll pick one or two up.

depends... on my mood... lol! i've had it boiled with greens... grilled, oven baked/broiled... sliced stir-fried...

put it over the bbq grill and it will taste so much better.. O0

You could stir fry w/ Taiwan cabbage (has to be Taiwan cabbage) or hmong zaub ntsuab (greens).. Eat as it is.. you could broil, microwave, BBQ, etc.. Whatever you like.

I've not "grill" it but I've let it spin over the open fire of my bbq ...I'll try that next time..

I've tried all the ways you and flint mentioned except "microwave"...In my experience, microwaving food just doesn't taste as good as other methods..thoug h it's more convenient and faster on average..
You can probably get these pork faster than those of us outside of WI since this company is located about 5 miles from Wausau ... ???
