Pretty sad song ST. Basically she knew their relationship is coming to an end but she can't let go. She knew he got nothing left in his heart for her. She can't seem to forget the past and their history together and does not want to let him go despite knowing he have someone new. She's questioning herself why does she still care and love him so much. And is begging and letting him know she loves him.

ST, its a song that I think of every time I see her screen name. It helps connects my feelings to what I want to say.
