A couple used surrogates to have 21 babies in less than 2 years. Experts say that having such a big family is unusual but could work.

21? There are only 12 in the photo. You must have mistyped the numbers.

But using surrogates means other women are conceiving for the couple. The woman in this relationship doesn't have to do the "breeding."

12 in two years? No issue. Even 21 in one year can be done.

I assuming the couple are using babies to collect welfare.  Soon they'll be exposed by someone in the news.
This shouldn't be the first time many married couples do this kind of trends.
