What do you do when you get bored of your partner and your marriage? stuck with it or let go of it..
-
Try to work things out. If still no solution, move on. Living a life of misery ain't much living..IMO.
-
Do what makes you happy. That’s what really matter.
-
Get bored? If you’re bored and unhappy, let your partner go so another person can genuinely take your place and you can be free man.
-
Your azz might just be as boring
You got to see if you still have anything left in you. Just like this example here. You are old as hell and you are given the opportunity to move to America with the rest of the family or stay back in your mother land. If you have nothing left in you, you stay and die on the land of your ancestors.
Same with marriage. Sometimes thinking that the grass is greener on the other side is not really all that there is to it. For some, no matter which ever relationship they run into after the initial, it will still be the same ol boring stuff so what's the point?
Only you know you and you do what is best for you. You roll that dice and you gotta accept it, just like you are now with her because you rolled that dice once before. Not all can win in the game of dice by the way.

Thank you for your comments. Each of you has a very good point

you guys are talking as though marriage is like a car, a house, a boat, or etc. When you get bored, change it.
After almost 25 years of marriage, I fine myself with no other woman than my wife. Yes, I'm not going to lie, there're days. But, I still sees the same person that i felt in-love with some 25 years ago.
with that said. good luck and do what you think is best for you.

Many people are in your situation, Mr. Mech. Women especially. Once they are married, they are stuck in the relationship and they just don't know how to get out, even if it's not really working for them. One minute, they feel they should leave. Then the other minute, they have to stay in for the child. One minute, they feel that's not important anymore. Then another minute, they feel they will have a hard time facing the world alone. Etc.
Having a long marriage does not necessarily mean there's straight happiness in it.

Why do you ask questions to which you already know the answers?
What do you do when you get bored of your partner and your marriage? stuck with it or let go of it..

Why do you think marriage is like dating? It's not.

I wish it's that simple. If it's that simple i would not waste my time to seek for opinion.

Do you think those therapists know what love is and how to maintain it? I wonder if they have kept their own marriages or relationships.
A couple things but don't take my word for it:
1. Go to couples counseling/therapy if you haven't?
2. Talk to your partner?
3. Are kids involved?
4. What's your end game?
- For example, will you still be looking to get marry after this? Are you going to be happy being single? What are you willing to sacrifice to let go now to live the life you want? How will that life be any different than now?
5. You could just be having a mid-life crisis?
Whatever your decision, no regrets. Good luck.
