I'm a very quiet and secretive guy, so I don't play music during my workouts. Maybe that's why my workouts are so boring I don't workout much at all.
But if I was to use music, I'd use one of these two or both:
1. Man of determination song (Chinese), and
2. Eye of the Tiger (English.).

Music does boost our motivation and energy during workouts. I know. I'm just strange.

I don't need music while working out at the gym. It got three flat screen TVs hanging on separate walls and one universal remote control to flip channels on each Tvs. I can watch sports, MTV, and Netflix.

Do you have a home gym or do you mean like Planet Fitness? It's too loud in those places. Even though you can program your earbuds to one station the tv is too far away. There are also smaller gyms owned by fitness trainers. I thought about hiring a personal trainer.
I just don't work out routinely like I did when I was in my teens. I used to wake up extra early to workout, then work out in school (weight training and aerobics class) and afterwards. It's hard to believe that I used to be able to do legit pull ups effortlessly. These days, that's a laugh! :2funny:
