It's about time... abortion right should be a state issue, each state and it's people should decide abortion law, not the fed.
In the Lefties/Demmies view... women will start dropping dead, just as they say, gays will start dropping dead when state don't make law allowing gender affirmation for children.

Those who oppose did not fully understand that abortion was not going to be banned. The intent was to turn it over to the states to draw up their own parameters regarding such things as: how late is too late to have an abortion, what sort of safety measures are put into place to ensure the well-being of the mother, and perhaps licensing of abortion doctors, etc.

For example, Coloradans can kill their baby up until birth. Pretty much no limits.
