There's a strong tendency to ask what's in it for me? We are asking what is in it for us so that we will participate, we hold ourselves back from the tasks that will make better for tomorrow.
When we ask what's in it for me, we will take from others and make excuses that it is okay because that will be the answer that comes from the question "what's in it for me?"
