Big corporations like Amazon where Jeff Bezos is currently making $11.5 Million/hr (that's right, you read it correctly, it's PER HOUR) will be covering much of the cost. It's called the Value Added Tax and it's levied on corporations, not people.
Oh, I know the majority of UBI will come from big corp like Amazon, google, Microsoft, etc. etc.. but speaking only on a personal level, that $1K is just my own money I pay taxes coming back to me every month.

The UBI or Freedom Dividend is a GREAT Idea. $1K/month is just how much I pay tax to the Govrm't every month. If I can get $1K back every month, it will help a whole lot.

You can't wiped out Child Support and Student loan, but it's better than not filing for it. It only stay on your record for 7 years.

I've been squirrel hunting for the past 5 years. It's fun and you do get quiet a good workout. I lived in MN, there's too many hunters, so I traveled to other southern states to squirrel hunt.

I agreed with everything you said, from 2000-2008, PH was alive, full of laughter, and sharing pictures was a way to know one another.
The reason why PH is so dead now a day is because it has been replaced by Facebook and other social media. Even if people come in here, they just browse and not really participate as much.
Like this saying go.."all good things has an end...nothing last forever."
I'm glad I has the chance to experienced in those days of Hmongonline and Pebhmong. It was fun!
