Post by: Lee Vue on December 30, 2018, 07:48:26 PM: I thought it was a great DC film. Probably the best and strongest "DCEU" film thus far. If I had to rank the DCEU standalone films, it'd be Aquaman, Wonder Woman, and then Man of Steel.

Agreed. Though I think WB already has Snyder off from directing awhile ago. I think it was in the process of Justice League and WB supposedly fired Snyder. Then they found Joss Whedon to take the mantle of the director mid production. Probably one of the reasons why JL wasn't too good because it was rushed and had all kinds of problems behind the scenes. But Snyder's still part of the DC movies as a producer. His name was mentioned as the producer in the credits of Aquaman so he'll probably serve as a producer or be of help in some way for future DC movies instead of directing. But yes. I wouldn't mind if James Wan takes the "upper mantle" for the DC movies. A creative guy who also understands characters and story.
