Yes, right now I’m on my way going on a 2 hour trip just to see a movie.

And I think you guys know which movie I’m talking about too. I find it super puzzling that this movie is not even playing in a fairly big city like Fresno. As a matter of fact, even in the whole Sacramento region it only play in a single location at Elk Grove.

I haven’t been to a Hmong beauty pageant in ages. However, yesterday I was at the Merced New Year and because it was raining I went into the building where the pageant took place. I was busy enjoying my food and pay no attention to the pageant at all but I couldn’t help it but overheard when the girls were introduced going into the final round. I was very surprised that one of the girls was 27 years old and two of the were 29 years old.

Not only that but they have very impressive resumes as well. One of the girls have her master, works at the University of California Merced and going for Ph.D.

If I tell you I voted for Trump, what do you think I support? Be brutally honest.

My uncle has an IQ of about 65. He “graduated “ high school, aka social promotion. He has immersed himself in Fox News and Rush Limbaugh for 25 years. It’s very sad, but he’s not evil.

My brother has an English degree from a prestigious university. He rejects anthropogenic global warming. He embraces Ayn Randian economics. He calls Hillary Clinton a felon despite never even being charged with anything after hundreds of millions spent investigating. He calls Bill Clinton a rapist despite Lewinski saying that she “fell in love with her boss” and before going to DC confided that she wanted to get her “presidential knee-pads.” My brother rejects all info that disagrees with his racist, misogynist, xenophobic, anti-intellectual worldview. He works in a job that increases profits while spreading biased information. His work isn’t just useless; it is counterproduct ive. He goes to church. He thinks himself an expert on anything he spends ten seconds on. He’s both an example of Dunning-Kruger and a narcissist. He pats himself on the back. He seems like a nice guy. He’s not.

What do I think of Trump voters? They are all some combination of stupid and evil. Above are extreme examples of stupid and evil.

its also a possibility they shot up the wrong house

No, I’m pretty certain that possibility is zero.

I want to bring up something. A few individuals are convinced it's revenge or gang related. Why are many condemning the gang task force that was put together (or the police who put the task force together) and the headlines from news websites.

If we celebrate the positives in the community can we not also condone the negatives?

I’m convinced there were people in that house who knows exactly who did the shooting.

Hook up with a hot SINGLE chick. There should be extra benefits there, too.

The point of hiring a professional travel guide and paying him good money to show me around the country is so I will have someone that not only knows the country well but also the laws and custom of that country so I could better avoid being in trouble...and of course knowing, understanding, and speaking decent English is a must.

Hey OP
Don’t wait till you get to laos, to find a tour guide
That’s already too late

Instead, Work with the hmong travel agency here in the states
They will find tour guide, flight, hotel, etc... for you

You can find some nice tour guide vacation
There was china tour guide 10 days, hotel, meal, and flight includes $600

I want a personal tour guide that’s friendly and professional just for myself that’s with a reputable company who can be trusted and rely on that also comes with a nice car to drive me all over Laos. How much would something like that cost? I’d be more than happy to pay $2,000 to 4,000 for a couple of weeks for something like that. Would that be more than enough or would that not be enough?

And which one would you recommend if you’d used one before? As a Hmong, it seems like going to Laos I’m more afraid of my own Hmong people than of Lao or other groups of people.

It seems like just about everywhere in America the standard is $20. But for a lot of young working people the standard is $40. Of course, this is only for people that are not closely related or related to you or not friends or close friends. For close relatives and close friends it could be a lot lot higher from at least $100 to thousands of dollars.

But let’s be clear...there is no rule for for giving...even $5 is still much appreciated. But the way hmgROCK comes in here and parade about how he’s going to help out. I would think he would donate at least $50 if not $100, especially also considering the fact that he’s also parade in here like he’s pretty well off as well.

Put your money
Where your mouth is

We all know you the shady kind that just shows up
...to eat

hmgROCK...if I were you I wouldn’t even have the face to reply back in this thread. If I were you I wouldn’t even come to PH anymore because of what just said and proven, and now apparently by your reply, you even confirmed it. Or if I did come back to PH I would get a new username and reinvent a whole new persona. But knowing how you are you can have a hundred usernames and we would all know it’s you.

Again, thanks for the best laugh I had all week.😂😂😂😂😂

A lot of the behaviors you've described also happened in Laos when I lived there i.e., no respect especially towards women and girls or families with less resources, killing/homicide (including cases that claimed black magic, witchcraft, poison), extra marital affairs especially on the men side because there was really no repercussions as a result of that behavior for married men, being selfish with the "I" attitude, married couple divorcing, blood related family members marrying each other, etc. Perhaps to a lesser degree but it still happened. And even before my time, there were incidents reported from the elders' word of mouth as well as their stories regarding those things. Unfortunately, Hmong doesn't have much of a written recorded history so we couldn't just look up those information but the fact remains, those behaviors have also happened during Hmong people's time in Laos and perhaps even way before that.

Take GVP an example, as respected as he was by the Hmong people, some didn't respect him nor support him back in Laos. Some Hmong have even seen him as a traitor because he worked closely with the Laotian government.

And it's not just the Hmong culture, those behaviors have also happened in many other cultures throughout history and some even have written recorded history about it. Even here in America, those things may have happened to a lesser extent say back in the 1700 and 1800s but it still happened if we look at America's written recorded history.

The king as much as I hate these Hmong thugs and violence in America and how fuccked up our Hmong people in America have become our lives here in America are at least still 100 times better than our Hmong people’s lives back in the old days in Laos or today’s Hmong in Laos.

I'm not about to hate but if you're going to gloat about your contribution, you could at least give a little more than 5 dollars. My standard is 20 bucks.

That’s the funniest 😂 shit I heard all week. And the fact that it’s true makes it even funnier.😂😂😂

The Hmong shooting this past weekend in Fresno that killed 4 is by far the Hmong shooting that has the most news coverage of all Hmong shootings, not just locally, but nationally and internationall y as well. Every major TV network to many major TV shows such as Good Morning America are covering it. I mean ITS REALLY BIG!!!

But why?
