Can't wait for this. Any soccer fans wanna get out there?

What a joke. Soccer in MN outdoors in march. Goodluck with that one
-
Wouldn't be so bad if it's just cold. But with the wind and snow, wow lol. Looking forward to more games.
-
It definitely was too cold for soccer. I had hoped we would win but unfortunately, we lost big time. Ugh. :-[
-
It was nice to see the Loons fought hard from start of the game, maintain their game plan and despite of playing with a man down we manage to get a point with the 2-2 draw against Colorado.
Next up we got NE Revolution.
-
What a game, first win for the franchise!

Great come back last week to tied and take home a point. This week's game is beatable and we certainly need that win. Let's go LOONS!
-
It was a tough fight for the win yesterday, well deserved. O0 currently sitting in 8th place on the western conference. San Jose Earthquakes will go down this Saturday.
-
It was a tough loss. We fought hard and had many chances but did not find the back of the net. Players have great chemistry and we keep improving. This weekend is going to be an uphill battle for sure with Sporting KC.
-
It was an incredible team effort. A heavily under dog team stomped the current number two seeded Sporting KC 2-0. The team got heart and great chemistry. With that win we moved up three spot.
-
We could have gotten more more points last week but a goofed up by the keeper cost us a game. Great win last night, beating the Timbers was awesome. Back in the race for playoff.
-
Somehow with the terrible start and just okay throughout the first half the Loons managed to get a point last night. Still in the last place in the Western conference, six remaining home games. It appears the playoff birth is fading away rapidly in the inaugural season.
I may be attending the august 5th game vs Seattle.
-
Mathematically the Loons is still alive for the birth to the playoffs. This Saturday they will face Houston, a team that is two games atop of the Loons in the playoff spot.
-
The season ended and we were two wins away from making the playoffs. Much better than I have anticipated, looking forward to a new season. O0

First game of the season will be this Saturday vs San Jose Quakes.
SAT, MAR 3
9:30 PM CT
-
First half of the first game of 2018 was not pretty. I was disappointed that Christian Ramirez was not part of the starting XI. The comeback comes up short and we loss to the Quakes 3-2.
-
A beautiful goal by Finley but a terrible foul by defense and gave up a penalty kick. It’s tie at 1, halftime. Let’s go LOONS.
-
First win of 2018! What a game, great job defense and Finlay with two goals.
Can’t wait for next Saturday, will be at the game.
-
Saturday's home opener game was awesome. The weather was much nicer than the inaugural opener last year. Good battle throughout the entire game and we came up with the big W. O0

It was a tough week four indeed vs the NYRB.
Here’s a example of a terrible defensive line and goal keeping. Coach, how about putting Bobby Shuttleworth in there?

It wasn’t a pretty game. I’m not too happy with the line up. But life goes on.
Minnesota United today announced that it has reached an agreement with Club América of Liga MX for the transfer of Darwin Quintero, who arrives to the Loons as the first Designated Player in club history.
-
Hard fought game, but in the end, it's another loss. Coach did changed up his line up. I see that a combination of Ramirez and Quintero will be a good one for up coming games. That missed header by Ramirez, that could have been something and the offside goal that was taken away would have tied up. It's still early in the season.
-
Another injury struck the midfielder Finlay. It is not looking too good early in the season. After the first week lost, a two game wins streak and it's all down hill since. Currently sitting in 10th place with a record of 2-5.
I'm still hopeful for a better season than 2017. Making the playoffs should be the team's goal.
-
Saturday’s game was both intense and awesome. What a win. That 3 point frogleep the team from 10th spot to 7th.
This team is going to breakout sooner than later with the sub option like Toye and Gomez.
-
Two wins in a row propelled the LOONS from 10th place back into 5th in the Western Conference. MLS power ranking went from 20th to 15th. O0
-
It’s going to be a tough game this week against Sporting KC. Praying for a tie at least.
-
To be honest, I was really surprised when the Loons tied with the top team of the Western Conference. Nonetheless, the Loons fell to number 8 in the seeding. Currently tie with Galaxy and RSL in points gained, 13.
Montreal Impact is currently sitting in the 10th place in the Eastern Conference. Hopefully we can get a win here this weekend.
-
That's Michael Bradley of the USMNT. We whooped him and his team Toronto FC last Wednesday. We were always one step ahead in every plays. Final score was 4-3. What a place to be, the sound and sight was just amazing.

3 straight wins and back in the 7th seed, border lining the playoff spot. On the road for the next five games. If we can steal a few wins we will increase our chances in making the playoff in our second year of existence.
-
It was a tough loss and a heartbreaking one on Saturday against Seattle. That game has playoff implication written all over it. Today, it's even more sad that the team has announced the release of our first and best striker Christian Ramirez to LAFC. He has been struggling for the earlier games this season. They have acquired two key players and his replacement. Sad, but I understand the nature of the sport.
-
Season will come to an end this Sunday. Another year without a playoff birth. It’s been real and I’m looking forward to next season with a brand new stadium.
-
It was surreal to witnessed Zlatan Ibrahimovic in person.
-
Third season in the Loons’ franchise and it’s kicking off tonight against Whitecaps. It’s playoff year or bust for me. So looking to this season. Got my ticket to see LA Galaxy.
-
Kicking off the season the right way, 1 down and facing San Jose this week.
-
Commanding win 3-0 against the Earthquake. 6 points and counting on the road!
-
Tonight's game vs LA Galaxy is a must win. It's going to be a battle but we can do it.
Currently sitting in 6th place with a 3-3-1 record.
-
We got the tied against the Galaxy on Wednesday, and shutting down Zlantan, it was great being there to experience the new stadium for the first time.
Today, we beat a number one seed team from the eastern conference with Wayne Rooney Rise Loons, rise to the top!
-
Hanging tough in the fifth spot after week 12. Much better with the starts this season.
-
Tough game tonight. ATL is a great team and our defenders were gassed.
-
What a game yesterday against top seeded Philadelphia. The Loons left everything they got on the pitch but loss a thriller 3-2 final. First loss at home.
-
Loons kickoff the U.S Open cup with a 4-1 win over Sporting KC last night. What a game and what a sight! Happy to see Rodriguez and Quintero finally getting the needed goals.
-
Still in the U.S Open Cup run.
And halfway through the season we are still sitting pretty in the 6th place. Will this be the year we will finally make the playoffs.
-
Won 7 games strait and a tied. Sitting pretty in 4th place. Let’s keep it rolling!
-
Dropping from 2nd place to fifth and still fighting for their first playoff birth in the franchise history.
They fought hard losing by 1 to ATL in the US Open Cup yesterday. I’m proud for this team and their efforts.
-
Back in top 3 after shutting out LAFC with a 2-0 win!
Seeded 3rd at the moment in the playoff picture with 6 games remaining.
Let’s go LOONS!
-
Great win and great finish yesterday. Back in 3rd spot!
-
With three games remaining, the Loons will need to win at least two games, or win one and a tie should secure their spot in the franchise first playoff birth.
-
What a comeback! with tonight’s win over Sporting KC, the loons have clinched a playoff birth! Congratulation s!
-
Third year is a charm. Completed the season in 4th seed. Will host LA Galaxy at home for the playoff.
Congratulation MNUFC! Can’t wait to be there.
