My dream job is one that I work one hour a day but paid 8 hours a day. I want to live a nice comfortable life working less than 200 hours a year. It must be $60k or up so I can afford to travel and buy toys too. Life is too short and I don't want to use it working.

Then be your own boss? Invest in a high paying career? Invent an unstoppable invention and monopolize it like what Bill Gates did :P

Why stop at 8 hours?

Why stop at 8 hours?
Getting paid for 8 hours for one hour of work is good enough for me.

Maybe invest in property rentals and having them ran by a management company so that you don't even work. You just spend 1 hour a day looking for new property to buy. But I will need large cash to start.
Since the above will take a long time, I just want to find a job that lets me work 1 hour and pay nicely.

Maybe I should find a woman who makes a lot of money so I can work 1 hour a day. :)

I have a aunt who does that. She owns 8 houses and rents them out to section 8 housing individuals. She doesn't work, she only maintains the properties and is a stay at home parent of 2. But her husband is an engineer and they don't worry much about money. O0

You're ignoring the most obvious career choice available, Mr. Gigolo. :police:

You will have to have a good body and good look for that.
I am not that lucky.

If movies have shown me anything, you don't need to be physically attractive or "gifted", you just need to be adorably chubby and sincere.

Well, you're a professor that makes plenty of money. Pretend you're working at a lower wage job that makes 1/8th of what you do. Just work an hour a day and that's 8 hours of work at a lower wage. O0

From past experiences, you don't need a good body or looks for that. You just needing to know how to do the good sexy. And then lots of money falling down on you for one hour's work.
Please share with us your experience.

What I meant is that I want to work 1 hour a day but being paid for 8 hours. So if I make $50 an hour, that means $400 a day for 1 hour of work. If I work 200 hours a year, I would make $80,000 a year. The thoughts of working 200 hours a year and making $80k a year makes me cry. :)

Take a job that will pay you a salary and not by the hours.

I actually know people who work 60 hours a week because they are being exploit because of a salary.
-
It's how you do things though. But the salary employees are entitled to the full 8 hour days, even if they worked just 1 hour.
Sure, you have to get work done. If you don't get work done, what are you there for, right? Things have to be done. And how you get it done is up to you. But if you work just one hour, you can still bill the total 8 hours.

Some people already there. Working only one hour the whole day while wasting the other 7 talking and still get paid for 8 hrs.

I want 1 hour working and the rest of the time to go anywhere, do whatever i want. Working 1 hour at the office and stuck in the office for 7 is not what i'm thinking of.

In the last month, I have been working 1-3 hours a day. I am still not any happier. It just means I can sleep until 11am and play some video games before going to work at 1pm. Friday I dont work. I'm still getting paid 8 hours a day/5 days a week. I need to go back to work at the factory doing 12 hours shift for $10/hour so i can learn to appreciate what I got.

You're stuck in a rut. Complacent.
Do something out of the ordinary. Beyond what you're comfortable with.

Well, that might means changing job. Taking risk. Doing crazy things.
I'm not sure I'm ready for that.
-
True.
Then consider what makes you truly happy and pursuit it.
Fill that hole. No homo.
Who knows, maybe it's time to find a future wife?

Why work 1 hour? Why not just work 0 hours so you can go away for as long as you like and still get paid? O0

Time to get a sugar momma.

Why not getting payed by the seconds?
The smallest usa currency is a penny. A penny a second would gives u about 315k roughly a year salary.
