Been there a couple of times and have even crossed the state line to visit the world's tallest Indian in Michigan..the folks there are pretty much all White all the time but didn't run into any issues. Then passed by Ashland back to Duluth..

One thing is for sure though, you'll have to be an idiot that don't get out much to claim "95" passes through "menominie"... ;D

The water looks very clean  :o, but the rocks are pretty much jagged to be walk on by bare feet. I see why people had to wear boots. :'(

There’s sandy beach area too
Great for swimming
No salt so it doesn’t irritate your skin

The fishing is great too
During the fall
The salmon comes inland into the river and stream

Great fishing

:o that's cool. I haven't touched sand so long because I spend my times indoor so I think my feet deserve some good massage by wet sand badly.
I'm sure I said in other PH members' post that Cali beaches were closed down due to COVID-19. Fawk pandemic!!

For real? I thought Salmons migrate from ocean to river/stream then circle back to the sea. I hardly know how the terrain in Wis. operate.
I only know North Cali has few opening for Salmons swim from west coast of Pacific ocean into the streams and dams. That's why I often visit fish hatchery every spring and summer to see different breed of Salmons.

Yes, add some with condiments + peppers along the fish inside aluminium foil. Use to do this a lot during fishing trips.

Dayum, DNR's mentality goes, "Kill a Hmong, Save a deer". And now "arrest whole Hmong, save a bunch of fishes".  smh

Don’t want to eat alot of fish
The water they live in, is polluted
I used to take them by the cooler
Now i just do half a 5 gallon
Eat it once in a while

Eat one fish per month? That ain't enough to provide for the family.  ;D
Polluted? You mean infected with bacteria in the water? Oyo then why go fishing smh
Why save a few in the cooler? Could've get more fish and give some to your cousins, relatives, and neighbors. Fishes gonna spawn some more offspring anyway. Common sense right? hahaha

salmon in the great lakes???!!! no wonder our ecosystem is all fuke up...lols

It's possible for Salmons to migrate from Atlantic Ocean to Lake Michigan along Canadian Rivers during spring and summer seasons. They're there for the specific reasons - mating and spawning. Also perfect timing for fishing if the people from outside and inside of Wisconsin wanna catch best species as Coho Salmon, Rainbow Trout, and Brown Trout.

So ignorant but NOT surprised...I mean it's the same guy that claimed "95" passes through "menominie"...so... ;D

..It's as bad as arguing against Reporter when he shared his info from the DNR, this ignorant actually said his "cousin in minnesota" words are more accurate than the DNR..Therefore, just more "TRASH" advice.. :idiot2::

lilly, like how some homes in Wisconsin have fence and some don't, or some areas in Wisconsin require smog test and some don't, same with white bass "limit" as some fishing holes in WI do have "limit".... O0
