Very nice! These are time consuming if you don't have the right materials and tswv yim. We made a big heart for one of my grandpa's funeral and we also made one in place of the flowers to put on top of the casket.
It was time consuming, it didn't turn out quite as well as we expected but it looked fine.

aww man, wished I would've seen this 2 weeks ago! we made a few for my grandma's funeral this past weekend, but they are small compared to these. another uncle and his clan made a nice big one which totally trumped ours LoL.
have you guys heard the stories about the MN people who sells the money flowers and the deceased people who los ua npau suav to them?

yes, it is super time consuming! if I had the choice I'd probably just buy it. it's fun at first, but after a while you start to glue the money boats as far as you can just to fill it up and finish up.

Chinese, Hmong, or most Asian stores. They usually sell it in the oriental aisle with candles and incense sticks.
