The noise goes away with 1 second. It's fine when the car is warm. Do you know what causes it?
-
Describe the noise, better yet, open the hood and have someone crank the engine so you can look/listen to it.

Sounds like symtons of a loose fan belt??...But yes, describe the noise...

Squealing noise, squeaking, grinding, rattling, etc. We need specifics. More info from you, the more answers we can give.
What car, year, mileage, any recent repairs or modifications. Symptoms happen when weather is cold/hot. When engine is cold or hot. When you're driving under or over a speed, with a load or without, etc. Details, we like them.
Videos with audio are a plus.

Sounds like belt issues.

It sounds like a rattling noise/fan. I thought it's the fan or the plastic that cover the engine, but it's not. It happens when the engine is cold and just doing it for a week.

This one could mean a few things according to a friend, he's not a mechanic but knows way more than myself. He said it could be a rod knocking, faulty valve timing, valve clatter. He said you may have overfilled your oil pan. You can try draining, flush, and use the correct oil weight so it could warm up faster?

Try the easy stuff first!
With the engine cold, open the hood and have someone else look and listen for the noise. Make sure the other person is not wearing any jewelry or anything that can snag (sleeves, hair, scarf, etc). Have that person try to localize the noise. If the noise disappears shut off the engine and repeat it. When an engine becomes warm then things expand.
If it is coming from the fan then carefully look for anything rubbing or loose. Loose fan shroud, fan hitting shroud, wire hitting fan, screw is loose, broken part rubbing, damaged fan blade, dead mouse tail rubbing fan blade, etc. Do the easy stuff first before checking the more serious stuff.
Same thing for the engine cover. Have someone press down on the engine cover while you start the car or while its on. Screws become loose, things break, etc.
Localize the noise, where exactly is it coming from.

Forgot to mention. Is this during startup only? Like a grinding grrrrrrrtttttt? Sharp noise. Then when the engine turns its gone (starter)? Trying to minimize as much stuff as we can.

That's what I'd do first sifu. O0
