Hi everyone,

I am not Hmong so I do have a couple question about American Hmong women. I once dated a couple of Hmong girls when I use to live in Sacramento, Ca.
I was very attracted to them but I found they liked to party and drink which was a deal breaker for me. I had talked to a couple other Hmong's who also liked clubbing and drinking.
Is this normal for Hmong women or was I taking to the wrong women? I am not into clubbing, drinking or parties. I feel I am too old for that and all I wanted was to have a strong relationship with a family.

yeah, it's normal if she wants to get laid, not if she wants a family and real relationship.

There's a difference between unconditional love and betrayal. If my husband was sick and no longer able to take care himself, looses an arm or leg, I'd still be with him and love him unconditionall y. If he's out cheating on me, no way in hell will I take him back. That's straight up betrayal, what is love when the trust is no longer there.

but what if it was his cheating that made him realize the difference between love and lust and he realizes that it's you he loves and the others were just wasted lust and he became a better man who can appreciate you and truly love you now because of his experiences?

Unless you belong to a group of douchebag then everything is normal.  They brag and swap women as well as set them up to get laid like no other.  If you think this is not happening then your world is a lie.

How much do you love your husband?

Is your love unconditional?

So anyway...If your husband came to you and confessed that he cheated on you, maybe, not once, but several times with several different woman, but he has since realized he was wrong to do so and asks for your forgiveness. Even begged for your forgiveness.  Keep in mind, you never knew or suspected this, he just confessed on his own because he felt he's a changed man. Would you forgive him or kick him out for cheating on you?

One day, you happen to go to Cali and got to visit his house.  Like if he took you home to marry, or meet his parents, but you discovered that his house was ultra filty. The house itself looks like it's about to fall apart.  Cracks in the walls. mold and smelly air. He had lots of dirty little siblings wearing nothing but rags, roaches all over the dark living room.  Roaches crawling over the bag of rice. Kitchen floors haven't been mopped in years, toilet seat so yellow and crusty. 20 year old couch, with springs sticking out, worn out cushions. People sitting in folding chairs because there's only one couch.

Would you still be willing to marry him or get the hell out?

I remember that place. Used to pass by it all the time on my way to work, back when I lived in Manteca.  Never cared to visit it. Didn't look that big at the time. Glad to see they're still around. Guess holloween has been good to them because each year they get bigger and bigger.
