Title: I'm going to try to be a vegan for two weeks...
Post by: thePoster on July 06, 2016, 12:54:45 PM
that should shed off some lbs real quick added with working out.

Today I only ate a banana, an apple, now I'm eating string beans, and drank a chocalate milk.

Milk isn't considered meat!

Man it's going to suck!  Oh wells!

The only thing I noticed whenever I did try to do this in the past is...

I tend to end up just eating so much veggies and fruits....

you have to constantly be grubbing, for me anyways.

I would recommend trying the intermittent fasting.  This works.  Eat what you want.  Don't need to starve.  And the weight comes off.  Besides that, you naturally start to eat less and you don't go hungry.  A lot of weight trainers and especially men do this...well, based on my research.

I've tried the vegan or only fruits and veggies diet and I'm always left craving.  It's just not for me.

Man I failed!

Went into work, got the sub of the day, a chicken foot long sandwhich.

Got off work, got a foot long meatball sub.

Oh wells!

Good luck, man. It's hard but I'm sure you'll do fine if you keep at it everyday.  A good idea is to keep some sort of journal to remind yourself, and at the least it'll last longer than that girlfriend you never had.
