Title: Does anyone meal prep?
Post by: MSV on January 18, 2017, 01:15:47 PM
If yes, how do you keep your tastebuds from dreading the meals?

Do cooked meals still really stay good for a week? Or what are your methods? Freezing? Packing only half week meals?

Interested in starting.

Depends on the food and individual...

For me some food actually taste better a day or two later than when it's freshly cooked...For example, beef stew/soup...

As a gym enthusiast, I meal prep.  I don't cook my chicken or steak, just season.  An air fryer and Infrared red grill makes cooking easier and faster.
