Grapes.
In cell studies, scientists with the U.S. Department of Agriculture and Cornell University found that polyphenols in purple (also called red) grape juice can inhibit the uptake of iron, which could increase the risk of iron-deficiency anemia.

love grapes but not a fan of grape juice, too sweet. Thanks for the research :D O0i love fruits...any kind...but my favorites are peaches and watermelons..i've been getting lychee nectar as of late too as it has become a lot more popular and known in America now. I like guavas a lot too..but if i have to choose only one it would be watermelons..n othing else refreshes and quinch my thrist like it..haha I howver am not a big fan of watermelon flavor candies or energy drinks..haha or other artificial type watermelon flavor cocktails..I like that raw, pure watermelon taste..haha
Peaches would be my 2nd choice as well, especially Georgia peaches, Da Best! Did you know you can use the white part of the watermelon, the part people normally throw away, as zaub ntsuag. Just make it like how you make zaub ntsuag, boil it.

I know people are complaining about the durian smell but I actually like the durian smell and did you know durian can be expensive fruit oversea and even in the US. Mangoes are great and Thai mangoes are the best, for me.

Mexican mangoes are great and sweet. It's good with Tajin clasico seasoning. https://images.heb.com/is/image/HEBGrocery/000246437
Thai mangoes are also great and sour. No need seasoning, but add it with mild spice and fish sauce. It's the bomb.

Next time if you happen to go to your Asian store, get this sweet Thai Mangoes....it's a little expensive but da best!

When I go to the Asian store, always Rambutan for me. Here a box of 5 pounds sell for $17-25. My second favorite is yes Durian.
-
In my country, we call it mung cau or custard apples in english. However, I do see them also sell it with the name Sour sop or something like that. Not too sure if they are the same type.

I associate my favorite stuff with memories. I remembered I qualified for food stamp for myself that one time and I bought a bunch of this stuff and ate my heart out. I rather not be on the system since you make more money that way and I still get jelly when I see folks using food stamps to buy lobster and oyster.
-
Another favorite fruit is Pomegranate.
-
Grapes and peaches were my favorite for a long time, especially Georgia peaches. Da best!
-
I recommend this juice. It is only $2 at your local walmart. It is not highly in sugar and tasted great with vitamin C and no GMO.
I've been buying myself one per week to drink at work. Every since I started this juice diet, I feel great and get sick less or non at all. I only like kiwi strawberry flavor. They also have funky blue color blueberry or mango but not for me.

Hmong store and Asian store sell Lychee. I always bought this fruit when I was in my early mid 20. I'm gonna buy it whenever I see Lychee hit on the shelf.
