I use to love drinking coffee and cappuccino, but they make me fart constantly every 5 minutes. I also get itchy (Eczema) after consuming daily.
I can drink it once a while.
I love both type of tea, black and green. I drink green tea with honey, ginger, apple cider vinegar, lemon, and peppermint twice a day, afternoon and night. It helps my metabolism going and boost my testosterone as well.

If you want to lose weight, drink the chinese green tea
A co worker got some pure one from china cuz you know, they loved smuggling stuff from oversea to the usa in suitcase.
She gave me a sample, I drank it and I kid you not, I took a diarrhea at least 3x my work shift. I gave some to my other co workers and they too had the runs. So in theory, you drink it, you poop it out and if it is just the tea at work then you are pooping out your calories. Go ahead on your research on green tea for losing weight. O0
Maybe bad batch but I dunno :2funny:

Results showed that for people who drank a moderate amount of coffee, defined as 1.5 to 3.5 cups a day, those who sweetened their coffee had about a 30% lower death risk compared with non-coffee drinkers, according to Dr. Christina Wee, associate professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, who was not involved in the study. She is also deputy editor of the Annals of Internal Medicine.
