Title: Cigarettes at Wedding

Hello everyone,

I had this question come up but couldn't quite answer it. Someone asked me why do the mej koob hand out two cigarettes to everyone? From what I heard it was to show the unification of two families but wasn't sure if that was correct. I was also told by a buddy of mine who said that we were supposed to give it back to mej koob but wasn't sure why since he didn't explain. I remember as a kid I was ecstatic that they gave it to me but I would just give it to my parents afterward. lol. Does anyone know what it means and are supposed to give it back to the mej koob?
