I've experienced so many great flavors over the years that it's difficult to just pick one food. Therefore, I'll say *depends* on my mood and/or craving... O0
And if I make a list, it'll be too long..

rice with water
and
red pepper with salt on the side.

Heartburn comes with age. Spicy food now gives me acid reflexes or indigestion. The moment the spicy flavor hits my throat, it feels like acid burning in my throat. I can still swallow and eat it. IT just that I now have a different experiences while eating it and I'm not enjoying it like I used to. I should go ask my two cousins. They are both new MD but I'm afraid of the results
Please do not eat this.

I used to eat them and have cravings for them while growing up. That is until some folks in the neighborhood be dying of blood cancer and such. I gave it up every since but I do know where to buy some if I needed some authenticity out of them. Seeing it, I can already tasted it. It puts me to sleep and a long nap and when you wake up, you feeling all refresh.

I’m not there yet with the spices. But I do know what you mean. I used to love seafood but now I’m avoiding it.
Unfortunately I don’t get to eat duck blood much. I’m craving it though. Since moving to MN, I have not had any.

But that wasn't sour papaya salad. lol

I think bacon is delicious haha.
I used to eat a lot bacon when I was weight training b/c cholesterol is a precursor to hormone production ie testo.sterone. I stopped and are more eggs.
-
Khao soy looks good but not craving that hahah.
For some reason, I'm not craving for anything because I pretty had my fill of whatever we call "delicious food."
At the moment, maybe for Hmong corns, yeah.
-
What is Hmong corn?
-
Hmong corn sometimes called pobkws nplaum or sticky corn because they're sticky like sticky rice. You should try some when you visit Hmong flea markets.
Oh, these days I love to watch travel shows and a delicious dish in Vietnam is Bun Cha, love to try that and yes Kao Soy too if I ever visit Thailand.

Try better dishes with Vietnam cuisine. Good that you have a taste for bun cha but it is a poor man's food. To make that dish is dirt cheap but they still sell it at the pho price level. Cha gio means eggrolls. Cha is mystery meat.
I watched vietnam meets dustin, or phuc map or max mcfarland. These white guys be eating good in vietnam street foods and they white guys speaking broken viets.
