Depends on who you ask...If you're going my rings then he is...but there are other factors involved too...

If we strictly go by rings, then guys like Terry Bradshaw and Trent Dilfer are better than a lot of QBs out there.. in the NFL...

And in the NBA, Russell is almost twice better than Jordan since Russell has 11 rings to Jordan's 6...
