This is why playing with point spread is fun. In sport betting, we call this a moose. It is like junk points at the end losing money for bettors. In basketball, I have seen this happened a lot since junk points or the last shot, no one plays defense and the guy shoots up a 3 pointer for kicks and it goes in at the buzzer. Everyone likes to "practice" them buzzer beater shots. Ouch to this bettor.
