We seen it with Bruce Willis and demi moore who married austin kutcher and they all seem to get along fine. 

Now we see it in Orlando Bloom's case.  His ex wife is Victoria secret's angel model Miranda Kerr.  They got a child together.  They got a divorce and Orlando is now with Katy Perry and they too have a child together. 

Ex and current are friends?   

Could they be doing it for the sake of their own child that they shared together?  Had there was no child in the picture, would they still be friends?  I doubt it. 

However, the world wants you to see or say something positive.  It is beautiful that they all are able to let feelings behind and become one big family.  I don't think I can do it.  Must be an American culture thing, I just don't get it.

Now picture this.  You live in a small town where the water underneath your feet is like them reserved water well for your town when during a drought time like this and here comes a weed plantation guy next door sucking it to water his crops.  You know it takes a lot of water to do these types of operations.

So what is the real issue here?  Pushing out the competition?  Racism or the conservation or water?

People stopped trying.  Get overbid by desperate buyers who trying to lock in on that low interest rates.  They'll do bids like no inspection needed and I got cash to pay it all or how about favors like I'll throw in some superbowl tickets or instead of paying you 100k over, how about I'll put 100k into your next house buying instead?  How can you compete fairly in a market like this if it will be your first time buying a home? 

SF rentals are going up however, there is a program out there that prevents these landlords to jack up the rates since we are not fully out of this pandemic. 

Pre pandemic, houses in my dad's cow town were going for $260k on the average.  These same houses are pushing $300K now. 

Best to wait and hoping for the market to correct or die off so you can grab a few more.  Didn't I preach for the worse president who will jack up this housing market and economy so that you may buy on the low and come up when the next best president will take office?  Save your money till then and be ready to shoot with the big boys when the time is ready.

Lets say you get 5% cash back on a particular card which is freaking nice and freaking high.  To get $1000 back, you gotta spend $20k.  Now how much does he makes a year again?

I recorded with pix in sacramento, the roseville area to be 113 degrees.  Highest temp I witnessed in my life.

No big deal to me as I don just shorts and suffered in the sun at 106 degrees.  Once you survived it, your body will adjust.  no big deal to me.  bring it

Ebike failed

So without bike assist, we only can get 15 miles out of it.  30 if we peddle as well.  The trek is 5 miles each way.  Was able to go up but upon getting there, other anglers already got the hot spot, early in the morning so we rode back and went to another location.  By 11am, we thought that them anglers would of left since it was getting hot.  Temp now is closer to 100 degrees. 

Upon getting there, it was a different crew, the swing shift crew so of speak.  So lets do the math.

Up 5 miles, back 5 miles, up again 5 miles = error 404, no more battery left. 

So we could paddle back right?  Not on that day.  Wind gust was pushing at least 40mph biking into the wind.  So the best thing to do is to push the bike back instead.  5 freaking miles back, pushing a bike with loads of stuff, wearing uncomfortable heavy looking shoes not suitable for walking, 106 degrees and thought we could never make it.  AT least it was windy that it cooled us down and we still had water.  Lesson learned.  Never go on a windy day and watch your battery power.  You know you are going to get a heat stroke when you starting to catch symptoms.  I got a headache while walking and my nose started to run.  Only thing that would make this fatal is vomiting water so yeah, look out for them symptoms and get help immediately.

Something about houses in texas.  Either they all kind of look the same or they are just brown like that.

For the likes of me, I forgot what new city it is in texas but a co worker is working on moving over there and said that every year texas  has 10 new cities popping up. 

Ive been looking myself but I'm not at the age of retirement yet.  If I was a loner or a sole wolf, I would easily moved over there and still be a loner.  I need to be close enough to my viet community just in case I need that viet food fixing and definitely my lovelies eye candy is a must.

Now imagine if you are the purchaser for a company account.  You get reimbursement for your spending which cancels out but these year end perks, you get to keep.

No wonder one of my co worker loves to buy costco stuff for people.  We thought he was doing it out of his good generosity but a smile on his face when he's really doing it for himself.  Win win for all.
