Wrong. She should "have to pay back" very "penny" because she's in charge of her decisions and behaviors ...this shows how little you know about business or about anything your argue about for that matter.

California DMV worker spent thousands of hours sleeping on the job
A California Department of Motor Vehicles employee spent more than 2,200 hours sleeping on the job, costing taxpayers $40,000.
The key data operator napped for at least three hours a day at her desk from February 2014 through December 2017, without any disciplinary action from supervisors, according to an audit released Tuesday.
The unnamed employee was responsible for carrying out routine data entry for address and vehicle ownership changes.
Her misuse of work hours cost California taxpayers more than $40,000 and annual evaluations show she processed only 200 documents a day, despite the expectation of 560.
If your work is as easy as not working then why be off of payroll?because, even if you're not doing anything, they're still taking 8 hrs of your time away from you for that pay check.
You know why people die old age?
