Title: Hmong inspired dress worn at Price Harry's wedding?

Was scrolling through Yahoo and came upon a story about Prince Harry's wedding with one of his exe's dress.  Look at it and notice the dress looks like Hmong inspired designed?

A lot of hmong folks are outraged because social media didn't acknowledge the dress being hmong inspired :P
