Puas muaj leej twg kam share kev ua kav xwm (sab zeb tai teg) thiab cov txhiaj txhais theev tsooj xwm? Kuv xav coj mus kawm nas. Ua tsaug nawb

1. Ua "Kav Xwm" -- yuav tau mus kawm los ntawm "xib fwb" thiab mus nqis tes/pab/saib thiab lid paub/txawj txheej txheem/hauj lwm
2. "Txhiaj Txhais" ces yog tswv yim xwb -- kuj muaj kawm thiab, nyob ntawm cov "xib fwb" kam qhia xwb (yeej yuav tau mus kawm tib yam)
I do not know (have enough formal experience/knowledge) to educate/help you. I am learning this stuff myself at the moment; formally from a "xib fwb". And to properly/adequately be a "Kav Xwm" -- yuav tsum paub/kawm "zaj" -- as they are required (mandatory). Apprenticeship (formal training/education) takes 1-2 years minimum. And upon finishing, it does not guarantee mastery of the trade, meaning you can do the "job" right off the bat.
*** Being able to read/write "Ntawv Hmoob" definitely helps. If I did not have this ability/knowledge, it would be pointless (extremely difficult) to learn (or even try).

koj puas kam siab #2 ib copy rau kuv o? Xav coj mus kawm ntxiv xwb.

Kuv tsis paub (tau kawm dua) "Txhiaj Txhais" -- tseem yog "apprentice" xwb. Koj mam nrhiav sib fwb thiaj lid pab tau koj.
I am still very "green" regarding (mastery of) Hmong Funeral Rites though I have studied/learned a lot overall. Studying/learning is not the same as doing, with minimal hands-own experiences -- "kawm xwb tsis tau ua kiag".
