Hi there..!! I am thinking about doing my master's in IT within the Health Care field. Any recommendation on the programs and the best area to go into with Health Care field?

NO... i say don't go into healthcare billing/admin
if bernie sander comes into officer
you can kiss that job good bye along with all the insurance provider
because the government is going offer free public single payer healthcare
cut out the middle man


the way healthcare works right now is
everything gets coded and assign a pricetag
there are ton and TON and TONS of  code

for example: you come in and got an insulin shot for your diabetes

pricetag vary by hospital and clinic
i was pulling number out of my A$$
2 night room and board for baby birthy= i put $25k for no reason
because why not, THE DUDE in the next hosptial might do $40k who knows

Don't listen to hmong dense like a rock.   He prefers for you to work min wages and have time to go fishing for bottom feeder fishes. 

Go into a field that would make it easier for you to get such job that pays well enough to survive.  If you belong to a healthcare umbrella, their benefits are not too shabby either.  Here in california, some healthcare facilities offers you their free healthcare.  Yes, totally free because they don't even deduct your wages for top  notch coverage for you and your family.   I know folks who goes into the janitor's field in healthcare just to milk their health benefits.

I work in the health care industry and take health insurance from within my company and I think its crappy. Even if you work in the hospital, you probably get crappy health insurance....t o be honest health insurance is such a big scam....
