Monaco billionaire strikes deal to grant public access to Big Sur property with breathtaking views

The California Coastal Commission struck a deal with Monaco-born billionaire Patrice Pastor last month to grant public access to the 2.5-acre parcel he owns along Highway 1 on the Big Sur coastline, the Mercury News first reported.

It's beautiful there but this is the usual reoccurring Mother Nature issue in Big Sur unfortunately:

The gas prices in the Big Sur area can be an issue for some too so I suggest fueling up in Monterey before going down or fueling up in San Luis Opismo before going up on the 1.
