I love his voice.  He has such a strong voice!  He's good with controlling his voice and singing in Hmong in such an awesome way--not cringey like some of those other Hmong singers.  Lol.

I bet they taste good grilled over an open fire.  I think I've only ever had pre-packaged smoked wild boar.  I didn't like it because they already pre-seasoned the wild boar meat with salt and msg.  I hate msg--it ruins the meat for me.  If people pre-season meat, I wish they would only use salt.

Inflation is real and bad right now.  House prices (due to extremely low interest rates), rent prices, food prices have all gone up a lot.  Groceries are charging more for food and beverages.  A 12-can case of Coke was $5.99 last year, now it's $7.99.  Restaurants are charging $4-$5 dollars more for a lot of their dishes too.  A dish I used to get from this one restaurant was $12, now it's $17.  I think they upped their menu prices because of: 1) shortages of the ingredients (due to drought this summer), 2) overall increase in prices for everything, 3) slow economy.  The increase in menu prices might make up the difference for not having enough customers and the cost of inflation that they are experiencing to keep their businesses in operation.

Cool!  Thanks for sharing, Dok_Champa!  I like the Thai language too, and I wish I understood Thai as well.  So many languages to learn and only one lifetime.  For now, Hmong and English will have to do.

I think kwvtxhiaj (a Hmong sing song type of music) is one of the most distinctive things about Hmong people.  If you have any top-notch quality ones you really like, please link the youtube video for it.  Also, Hmong people have some musical instruments that are very distinctive to our people like the ncas, the xim xaus, the Hmong flute, etc, that sound pretty and unique.  If there is a nice Hmong instrumental song you like, please link the youtube video too.  Thanks!

I heard from a few guys now that they like flowers.  But... I dunno why I think flowers is only a gift for girls.  But for Valentine's Day, Feb 14 2021, I did done give my babe a live plant that blooms red flowers.  It's still blooming to this day.  Constant daily blooms since Valentine's Day until now.  He's like, does it mean that when it stops blooming you don't love me anymore?  Lol.  No, it just means the plant likes it there by the window where it's at.

Live in the moment. But when it's over, it's over. Don't dwell. Prepare to live the next moment instead.

What's in bold is good advice.  But I sometimes struggle with the "Don't dwell" part.  For myself, when I'm heavy in a moment, my mind is engulfed and dwells in that moment.  It's like I'm frozen, and it takes a couple of invisible self knuckles to the head to wake me up from that moment.  It takes awhile to move on.  But once I wake up and set my mind to moving on, I move on.
