It's a slow day today, I want to hear some of your personal stories.

Growing up I had two best friends. Sometimes we fight for attention. lol Now that I'm older my best friends are my sibling.
Do you still keep in contact with them now? I would have to agree that sometimes your own families are your best friends.

One of my friend move down to Orlando. I stop and visited him when we were down there for a vacation. It was fun. We talked about life, past and present.
The other, now lives in OK, I think......we're not in contact with one another. Seen him on FB from time to time. Everybody just kinda lost touch with each other, ya know.

they say...your best friend should be the person you married, but i find it hard to be gay. so, i don't have a best friend, however i am a best friend to a lot of people with mutual respect, love and trust.

This is best answer. Something I would of said but not all that serious.
Craigslist to me I like going to a flea market and people be selling all kind of junk. You found that diamond in the ruff. That my friend is a story worth telling.
I had plenty of best friends while growing up. From bottle feeding school in Narleans with this skinny Viet Chinese kid who patents are into business like shops owners, the typical Chinese kind. We would hit the park and talking while we walk style like two little girls who were fascinated with the prettiest girl in class. We also smoked for the very first time as well. I moved to Cali in 89 and we broke up our ties. Like a romantic story, I ran into him again of all places. We met again at a pool Hall and thanks to street fighter 1 arcade games that lured us to see each other once more but by now, we have aged to our teenager years where we learned how to survived without one another. He must of moved, I never saw him again since.

It was my first day of high school at a new school, new district, new faces. I was sitting in the cafeteria that morning waiting for class to start and here comes in about 8-9 hmong kids. One of them had a bleeding lip. I thought to myself, these dudes must've just got into a fight. A month goes by and I see that same hmong kid with the busted lip walking home from school towards my neighborhood. Another couple of weeks later I catch up to him on the street and started talking to him on our walks home. We talked about alot of things and turned out we had a lot in common. The seed was planted and we have been together ever since then ;D O0

Sure it wasn't herpes? j/k It's interesting how some friendship start. There was this one gal, we hated eachother a lot. Wanted to fight eachother at one point. But then somehow one day we were at this one river and I almost fell and drown. Well, she was the one that came to my rescue. She saved my life. We became really good friends, better than any other friends that I have. I know if she's willing to risk her life for mine, she's definitely a keeper! O0
