Yes it does "depends" when it comes to subjective things...

To say that subjective things don't depend on other variables/factors is as dumb as claiming there's no "land" in the Bay Area or "can't make a living playing slot machines"...because FACTS say otherwise...

Definitely not boomtown cuz they don't do crab legs with lobster. 

Check out this review from Vietnam hotel buffet.  $50 a head I heard. 

Good ups to the hotel for calling it Saigon instead of hoe chi Minh.
