Title: Stranger in Disguise
Post by: luvlylisa on November 16, 2012, 03:16:34 PM
Since a little baby
Until now that she's a little lady
She who has desires of finding that special someone
She who has passion and temptation
Lingering thoughts with many faces that pass her by
Will she be able to find him in this lifetime
Now she sees a stranger in disguise
He who can only see stars in her eyes
Day after day he reveals more and more
Waiting to see if she shall open the door
She whom has waited so long to hear the warmth in his voice
Is scared if she'll be making the right choice
She sees the vibrant rainbow before her
And she knows that he is a man with a heart that's only pure and tender
Maybe with some time she'll see
That this luv, this bond, maybe it was meant to be

Written for someone who came into my life like a breath of fresh air (after I've "given up" on luv)...

...only to find that it wasn't meant to be and fresh air was more like a cheap air freshener from the dollar store. blah.
