Title: You guys think Hmong dubbed animes would be good or funny?

What do you think?  Is the Hmong language funny sounding?

i think it'll be good, as long as we find the right voice that matches the character.  You guys want to dub one?  We can just collaborate and then put it together.

Only if it's in Hmong Dlawb. If it's Hmong Lees it can pass. Especially when dubbing hamming grunting male character. Mong Lees sounds more aspiration harsh compare to the more cleared soft and refine Hmong Dlawb.

For example.

Nani = what?
Dabtsi(pronounce dachi)= what?
Dlaabtsi(pronounce dlanchi)  = what?

Some Hmong words or phrases can passed of as native Japanese.

shinen = die
tag si nees = died, passed away

It's funny because it's a monotonous speed reading.  Just don't have that's hyper screams like you would expect.

I remember a Hmong dubbed Onimusha 2 backed 2003. It has decent cast. As Hmong Green /White. The Hmong White dubber tends to play the hero while Hmong Green Dubber tends to be the villian. I notice that.  ;D
