The Rising of the Shield Hero anime

I like this one.  Not for the artwork nor animation...I didn't see too much that really blows me away.  I however really empathize with the protagonist.  Him being set up with treachery and conned into a betrayal early on the first few episodes.

spoiler alert... I love it when the evil princess is labeled "haha" and the king is known as "trash".

After the long awaited S2 and crunchy has it on premium membership only.  Blahhhhh.   bummer

Yeah, I know... I have not looked into it much but there might be some other sites (in the dark web) where you can stream them for free.

I got to watch S2 of it.  Not quite what I expected.  Didn't really see much growth in the heroes as they ended up going off on a side adventure sort of to say.  Then towards the last few episodes, they get really strong, almost a deus ex machina plot.

I did not enjoy S2... and episode 13 was a wash.

S3 is now.  ;)

It's been so long, I sort of feel I've forgotten how the story went. :D
