That's not his child, so why would he not abandon the boy? He's in so much pain with this discovery.

Mom needs to get the real dad for the boy. But I don't think that dad will come back into the relationship now.

I would talk the kid and explain to him my reasons and I would also talk to the mother and leave the kid with her, not the school. It took the school days to get a hold of mom so just imagine what that innocent kid went through during that time after getting abandoned. He's probably thinking his dad doesn't want or love him anymore since he doesn't know that man that has been his dad for his entire life is not his biological dad.

Real men take care of the kid anyway.  If you already created a bond, why lose it?  Tell the boy the truth one he's older and continue to allow the kid to call you dad. 

Punish them adults for lying but let the children be innocent for they are still of the precious.   O0

Leaving the woman is not a problem. He needs to be more compassionate towards the child.

Please, women kill their unborn baby.  ::) There are masses of people who support it. They even believe it's the mother's right to abort it.  ::)

Mom can pick up the boy from school. It is her kid, after all.
