She was hoping to unload - or at least share - some of the clan/family responsibiliti es onto theking's Hmong wife.

SURPRISE!!! The ahole married a Chinese wife instead.

Now mom will NEVER leave the older brother's house.

This is FACT.

Anybody who is a Hmong nyab knows that this is TRUE.

I've heard it lots of time. They don't like white girls because white girls don't want mother in laws to come around. They don't like black girls because they're racist and think blacks are dirty. They don't seem to mind Latinos. They don't have too much opinions about Japanese or Thai. Not too happy about Viets - they just think Viets are too heev heev. Can be indifferent about Lao. Don't like Koreans.

BUT THEY JUST HAVE THIS DEEP-SEATED HATRED TOWARDS CHINESE WOMEN.

I remember the time a guy at church married a Chinese girl and they had a reception in the hall. Oooh, his momma was mad as hell. When she went up there to speak, she made all sorts of disparaging remarks about her Chinese daughter-in-law, but since the girl didn't speak Hmong, she didn't know what was said. All the church ladies were trying to console her and told her to just let it be.

"Kawg li yus tus tub nyiam lawm ces ua ib siab." lol

Needless to say, the Chinese girl ditched the son a couple of years later.

But anyways, Hmong mommas do not want you to be bringing that Chinese girl home!

...wife's family.

It's a sign of weakness.

The clan also views it as a sign of weakness.

Men who do that tend to be weak. In theking's case, he didn't do that because he is weak. He preferred his Chinese in-laws because he was trying to establish supply so that he didn't have to go back to his clan.

...suffered an abusive marriage and relied on all her children. Therefore, she also let the daughters wear the pants in the family.

So yeah, she probably hoped to live with her daughters, too. This is why theking abandoned his mom because he felt that his sisters should take responsibility taking care of his mom while he went off to live his blissful life with his new Chinese family.

Traditional Hmong do not appreciate or like daughter-in-laws who won't detach from their own birth parents.

The paternal mother-in-law DO NOT want her grand babies to have too much time at maternal grandma's house. She views the kids as her son's children.

So in essence, yes, many traditional Hmong do prefer married daughters to kick their birth parents to the curb for lack of a better word. lol

theking is just deflecting because he is an ungrateful son.

Who cares how well off you are. Your parents might be glad that you're doing well for yourself but a part of them died on the inside. They know that there are parts of you that are off limits to them.

So quit bragging about how much you love your parents, and how you're so this and that...in their deepest of heart, they will always prefer that you marry a Hmong.

Your non-Hmong spouse will never compare to your siblings' Hmong spouses. Even if your parents don't get along with them. The Hmong spouses and their clan would have to be complete demons for your parents to really want nothing to do with them.

As Hmong people, we all know this is FACT, especially as it pertains to OG Hmong parents who grew up in the old country.

 ::)

It's not like I'm trying to attract them or anything.  ::)

There are some cool ones. They know who they are. BUT THEY SURE AREN'T hmgROCK or theking.

*** ntuav ***

The women who need to act proper on PH do so because they do want to attract these beta males. They want to keep their options open just in case things don't work at home and they have to resort to PH to date. If they had a real man at home who loved and adored them, and accepted everything about them --- WHY WOULD THEY CARE ABOUT HOW THEY APPEARED TO PH LIBERAL MALES? Why would they care how they spoke to PH liberal males?

Hmong Stories / Share something strange that you experienced
« on: April 23, 2024, 09:54:04 PM »
Could be paranormal or something that has paranormal vibes.

When I get into the car, one of the first things I tend to do is look into the rear view mirror. This one morning was no different . It had just been daylight savings so the time was moved forward. That meant that it was already very bright outside at 6:30. When I looked in the rear view mirror I saw a black cloth. It was sentient. As soon as I saw it, it ducked. Even though I knew there was nothing in the backseat, I still turned around to look anyways.

Two weeks ago I came home early from work. It was around 12 in the afternoon. The back door was completely wide open, which was very alarming. This had never happened before. I thought someone had broken into the house. When I checked the door, the lock was still on and the storm door was locked. The door was opened from the inside. I had a gut feeling that it wasn't a robber who opened the door.

A week later I was dropping off a friend at work. We first stopped at McDonald's because she wanted to grab breakfast. She treated me to a glass of orange juice, which I placed on the floor behind my seat because it was in a cupholder. When I arrived to work, I got out of the car and went to the back seat to retrieve the drink. It was 2/3 gone. I lifted the cup out, thinking that maybe there had been a leak. The floor was bone dry. I texted my friend to ask if she noticed anything when she grabbed her drink. She said "no".

Awhile back, my niece and I were on our way to jog. We stopped for fuel. After I finished pumping gas, I opened the driver's seat only to be startled. The seat was reclined all the way down. I asked my niece if she did it. She had no reason to do so. The strange thing is that she was sitting in the front passenger seat and angled towards the driver. She had her earbuds on. She should've seen the seat move but she said that she didn't see anything.

Marriage & Family Life / No one loves you more than your spouse
« on: April 23, 2024, 08:53:34 PM »
Abusive partners need not apply.

Transactional marriages born out of convenience may be some of the happiest. It seemed like they got together because it was the expected thing to do at that time/age, and they happened to be available. This can work for many years, decades even. They can raise children together, create a peaceful home, and even plan for a relaxing retirement.

This is enough to have a happy life and feel fulfilled.

...responding.

Yep. That sums up theking.

Again, who are you talking to?  :idiot2:  :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny:

I'm the only one you have on PH that will even address the point you're trying to make in your threads.

 :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny:

If I didn't respond, you'd literally have nobody other than your lunatic twin, hmgROCK, who is just there to troll.

 :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny:

Dude, are you talking to yourself? You post a gazillion crap 24/7 year after year. You almost have NO GAPS since your time on PH.

If I didn't respond to you, who will?

You should thank your lucky stars that you have me as an enemy who will post in your threads again. Obviously, nobody else gives a rat's arse about you and your postings.

That's just the straight up truth.

These OG Hmong moms would rather have their sons living in the same house even if the son is a bum. She might vent to her friends that he's a bum who can't find a stable job, but as his mom she is willing to keep enabling him.

Whereas theking's mom is tu siab forever. She feels abandoned and betrayed. She was really hoping for theking to take her into his home and have his wife take care of her. But that's gone because he married that Chinese wife.

As a Hmong person, y'all know these are FACTS!

theking is not as good of a son as hmgRock by Hmong mother's standards.

...the sons they brought over to America go and marry a non-Hmong wife. Especially when they sacrificed everything to get their sons to America so the sons can have a chance to get a good education, obtain a good job, and start a family.

And they're even more "tu siab" if they were in an abusive marriage.

They're really hoping to live with their sons and their daughter-in-laws. They're hoping to grow old in their son's home and have their daughter-in-laws take care of them.

29
Left his dad in Laos.

Married a non-Hmong wife.

You told us that you did these things in real life OUTSIDE of PH. You even shared wedding photos.

Wow, what a despicable son.

30
If you think a Hmong wife is irritated by your Hmong parents, then a Chinese one will definitely despise them.

The only way for them to get along is if your parents stay out of her way.

THAT IS JUST THE STRAIGHT TRUTH.

Men who marry non-Hmong are not looking to be part of their clan or the Hmong community. Plain and simple.

100% theking doesn't expect his Chinese wife to do shyt for his mom the way his older brother's Hmong wife is expected to. If theking's Chinese wife shows up at their clan's dinner events, that's already effort on her part. She doesn't have to nor is she expected to slave away in the kitchen or uphold any of the expectations that Hmong wives need to show to their husband's clan.

Watch, theking is going to come in here and say some silly crap like, "That's not true. My wife bought my mom a gift for her birthday."

Dude, anybody can breadcrumb a person to make it look like they care.  ::)

Heck, give me your address and even I'll send your mom a sweater for Christmas. lol
