Title: No offense, but California folks are some of the most stingy Hmong people

What I mean by this
Is if they treat you out
You will need to treat them out next time
These people keep track of this record

Can’t be low cost too
Or it doesn’t count

He always gets the check at the restaurants before I do, buys me random things at the store, hands me $$$$ at the casinos....man . I can keep up with big ballas like that :P

and then there are those who barely invites you over to their house even when you're visiting from out of town :'(
