Happened last month. Both Hmong and American wedding.  DON'T EVER DO 2 WEDDINGS BACK TO BACK. ARRGG! Turned out great. Had well over 500 guests ;D ;D ;D I guess it doesn't feel so bad married at age 38. Been with my wife for 9 yrs before it all happened. She's like 9 yrs younger than me.  Personally, I was never in a rush to get married. I have to say, I am glad that I waited. Did everything I wanted to. Lived together for like 7 yrs and got to know each other really well.

btw, the wife is also a member of PH;D ;D A Ph'er from MN came down for my wedding too. Thanks a lot man. You know who you are.

Quick cell phone pics.. haven't had time to look through my DSLR's for the photos yet. Yeah, gained some weight over the years.   :2funny: :2funny:

Just put together this AR pistol 300 aac blackout.. hahaha The wife got her own guns too. :D

Mind telling us why you left the company?
I left a company of 9 years 3 years ago... the company was downsizing. I wasn't part of the casualties but I didn't want to stay with them since there had been 3 downsizing moves in the 9 years I was with them. My current place of work is less stress and pays more  O0

Benefits. I am currently paying almost $200/month for single coverage, covers 75% after deductible which is like $1200. Co-pay is $70 and still going up. There is NO out-of-network coverage. With the new employer, I will pay only $20/month for single coverage, covers 100% after deductible which is $500. Co-pay is $30. For out of network coverage, it's 75%. HUGE difference.

Because your god GVP didn't raise himself from the dead. Too busy grilling pork belly with the ultimate dab, Lucifer, over an open flame.

Party on.  :2funny:

Not as easy as I thought it would be. After 14 yrs with my current employer, I am parting ways. Handing in my letter of resignation today. Excited and sad at the same time.

because most people are brain dead and think Jesus is the "only" God....

I don't try to reason with douchebags. I can't even reason with him on simple stuff like line adjustment. His way or the highway. Not even bragging, but I am the most valuable employee in my department. I can do anyone's job and any job on the fly. Let's put it this way... I know everything.

When i quit, i already know some coworkers will too. Spoke with some of them about me quitting and they've already begun searching for a new job. One good guy just quit 2 weeks ago. This other good guy who has been with the company for 10+ yrs is having an interview.

When people start to drop like flies, the new boss will have to answer for it and all of our reasons why we quit will be the same.

24
I also do not want a pissed off coworker to go postal

25
Gonna put him on the spot a few days before I quit.. Even though he isn't being a douchebag to me, i hate seeing how he treats my coworkers sometime. Been with company for 14 yrs and gonna leave sometime.

But he had no problem shaming my coworkers in front of everyone else.. if the boss can't be a professional, can't expect me as a lead to be one too.  Respect is earned. Not demanded.

So my new boss is being a douchebag to my co-workers. Just talks to them like kids. He hasn't been a douchebag to me (yet), but I'm pretty upset. My new boss always preach about having a good vibe at work, respect, etc... Next time there is a meeting/training about the subject, I'm gonna ask, "How can we even begin to become an example for others to follow when my own boss can't even become an example for me to follow?". The room will be filled with other bosses/employees. Yes, my boss will be in there too.  If my boss is doing the preaching, I'm gonna ask him that very question in front of my co-workers.

A very brutal, but honest question I'm going to ask the instructor/my boss. Anyone in here a boss? Don't be a douchebag because there will be people like me who will embarrass you in front of others and you can't fire me either. :D

Sold my 2002 R1 like 3 years ago. Decided to pick up a 2006 GSXR 750. The R1 looks better, but the 750 is a lot more fun and just as powerful. This photo was taken last October. Gonna grab some new boots and helmet and break the knee pucks' virginity sometime this summer. Will try to :D

Faith & Beliefs / Re: If you think God is real...

They will test if you are god.  Nope, you're dead when they put a stake in you.  Nope, no god or wrong god there.

They say that where there is peace, there is god so even if you do not have god and are at peace with yourself then the spirit of god is within you and you don't even know it.  It is ok.  What you don't know won't hurt you either.  :2funny:

highly doubt they will test me if i went back in time. They would be too scare and isn't gonna risk their lives testing what they think is a "god".  Humans are more intelligent now and not as gullible, but i am willing to bet we wouldn't shoot at a UFO if it suddenly appeared above us. Creatures who were able to travel light years across space will most likely have the power to wipe out everyone on planet earth like squashing ants.   :knuppel2:

And then after the aliens conquered earth and made us looked like ants, they are basically "gods" to us.  :knuppel2:
