That was some lighting and thunder!

Entire house flashed up and I've got blinds on the windows.  Normally you'll see a flash and can tell that the light comes from the window.  However this flash, seemed like it came out of the ground and walls.  About two seconds later, the thunderous roar came.

Walmart employee gets paid $15 plus and can't even stock their own aisles...so lazy they just leave the pallets in the middle of the aisles.  :D

So for the past three to five years...just about everyone we hired that are young.  Can't read or write or rather seemed challenged.  But they can definitely use that smart phone like 10X better than I can.  :D

-Because idiotic people are plenty and they will always destroy things for the sake of being able to.

-When you're smart, people will hate you and will kill you for being smart.

-Smart doesn't equal manipulative.  Charismatic people are generally not the smartest, they're just smarter than average people.  They do possess an unwavering argument to win people over.

-One cannot argue against a donkey, period.  Less one, becomes a fool themself.

-There is just some stupid conservation law of brains vs brawns.  There's just only so so much energy for one or the other.  Can't have both.  Must be a design limitation set by the original creator.

I don't know how this fits into anything but...I will just accept it.

Every year, Joe's Sporting goods has awesome sales, but their selection is getting really lousy.  As much as I would like to support local.  It may seem that I may need to turn to online ordering more so.

There was practically no fishing poles left on the floor.  The selection of G.Loomis, Shimano, Diawa, and St. Croix was down to weird obscure selection.  As it goes, that sometimes, they hide the good stuff - as it's already spoken for.  Maybe it's the old bait and switch.  Get the customers int he door and show them crap only.  At such a good 50% off, maybe the customer will just buy the crap.  I'd bet that come around Blaque Friday, some stuff will just miraculously appear.

and as sometimes goes, I find some really good stuff, after the sale date = with a discounted price still on it.

Yeah. I've caught some fish where they hooks
pierced from outside the mouth and even on the belly.
I guess those fish were testing only but I got ahead of them. :2funny: :2funny:

When I was a kid and my kid brother was catching fish, many times hooked all weird places other than mouth.  Hook in the eye, in the nostrils, on the back fin, in the chin/outside throat,  even on the side fins.  Does the fish not bite your hook?  ;D

Shimano Poison Adrena BFS Casting Rods $379.99

6'10" Light power XF tip action and in Casting.  I think this will definitely be the next rod. 99.9% will be on my shopping list.

I have to compare that to the old St. Croix Legend Tournament casting rod 6'10" ML XF casting rod - the dropshot/finesse badge.  Really is a very very good rod blank.  Just that St. Croix did it wrong with the large handle grips and reel seat.  Really they designed it for people with XL or XXL hands and those with lead dead hand sensitivity.  And St. Croix hasn't produced this rod for like nearly over 10 years or something.  Strangely St. Croix still has a secretly produced Premier casting 7' ML like forever.

Still have to consider the

Shimano Expride 6'8" light @ $279.99

or budget

Shimano Zodias BFS Casting 7' light @$219.99

Shimano Curado 6'8" light @ $179.99

Phenix Classic BFS 6'8" light @ $189.99

*******

I know budget rods will get the job done.  Just doesn't offer the same enjoyment of use like from the refinement of top tier rod.  St. Croix Premier rods will always have that spot of doing the job and getting it done right.

People think fish and other animals see like how human eyes see.  Nope.

The biggest thing about fish seeing if more about light and dark, rather light source.

Since fish don't have hands to feel like humans, they have a mouth to grab and feel things.  So when they grab your lure to feel it...set the hook on them.  O0  That fish never saw that coming.  :D

The biggest change up is having an open bottom butt - hole.   ;D

Meaning people have to be extra clean and don't set this rod down on the ground or for that matter don't go fishing in the rain either.

I still think the first generation of PA rods were much better looking.  Never owned one, cuz they were so scarce.
