Title: I've been thinking about tricycles (3-wheelers) for MN snow but this guy got 1.

He's created a one-wheeler instead.

RYNO are good for very congested areas i.e., SF, NYC, etc. O0

As long as you have the skill and right equipment such as snow tire, it should be fine  O0:
