im just ranting  O0

suppose to get the whole week off but the new guy we hire is making excuses he sick blah blah... ruined my x-mas vacation plans  >:(

hopefully they fire him soon, this guy took one too many days off...

Sorry to hear ...Yep, can't stand lazy and/or irresponsible people that just drag the whole team down..

Even that kid that Derek Carr praised for doing the best he can to carry his own weight by recycling aluminum cans is more legit than the FRAUDs like your co-worker..agreed: hope he gets fired..

Can't blame the guy. You'll have to pinned on HR or management. This happens a lot and the people that needs to go are the one's hiring the kind of individuals that are not up to job.
