I can not believe it.  Like a ghost town

Lots of factors but some could be the viral rumor of car window break ins and homeless issues.  Plus them SF politicians are so soft on crimes and they seems not to care or bail out these SF landmarks.  It's a shame as I haven't been back to the fisherman's wharf in at least 10 years.

How can a world's iconic landmark be like this?  This is crazy and sad.

Builders are slashing prices to accommodate to our current situations. 

My buddy just closed a home that was once a 1.2 mil house on top of a hill.  However, he waited during the negotiation process and with 3 days of the stock market crashes like no other, his final closing pricing for the house is at 1 mil, a saving of $200k in just a few losing trading days.  It was a model home for people to see so everything that is furnished inside will be included so he gets those decked out stuff inside that home for free.  Move in ready after the deep cleaning and don't even have to buy furniture or decor or anything.  Just bring your clothing.

General Relationship / Relationship: Best not to know

Just last weekend, I was invited to a friend's party.  Sitting in front of me at the same table is my ex gf of 4.5 years mom.  When I was dating my ex, I got close to her family and everyday, her dad and mom would often fight and planning their divorce.  4.5 years, it never happen.  Long story short, she cheated on me with my friend, my co worker and many other people.  I forgave her a few times but I finally ended it.  Just last week was the 25th year since I broke up with the ex.  Her mom is with another man and he looks like a half bag of chip, a big downgrade if you are asking me.  Her mom kept on looking at me while she was dancing.  I felt uncomfortable and I had an anxiety attack.  Even the mirrors from across the room was a reflection of my face so she kept on looking at me.  We never spoke a word but we know who we are to one another.  I was avoiding this family for 25 years and thinking back, I wasted 4.5 years of my college life with this family and their broken family affairs.  Her mom was probably embarrassed to see me because she is with a different man and she looks rather sad and unhappy.  We never talk but I remembered when I was walking up to that table, she looked at me in the eyes and I said hello madame, not knowing who she was at first.  Once I glued one and one together is when my anxiety strikes.  Glad we never talk because I really hate to get a follow up to what all of the people in her family are doing.  Best not to know.

Sometimes in life, you can move along with your life by not knowing.

yeah right, I hate politics and my job does make a difference instead of being non essential and I don't need tax dollars as handouts. 

Been away for so long but there's a reason to why.  It's called a retreat.  Do it sometimes and it might change your life.  Real talk

I now wonder how would that affect the supply chain.  I think it will just flow to the competition.  When you competition dies, you will thrive as the winner.  It is still a dog eats dog world out there.  Nothing last forever they say?  After 99  years in business, it finally shuts down.

It is when you talk to someone and they are multitasking by picking up their phone, texting while talking to you.

It is kind of rude but it is also a defense mechanism that is done by women who doesn't want to talk to you.  Like when you argue with them and they are losing, they will take out their phone and ignore what you have to say to them.

I kid you not.  I need to hang around with the youthful generation more often to stay afloat with their generation and the world that we are living in. 

Ghosting is leaving the relationship without telling the other party. 

New term called "Zombie"

That is when you ghost them but later on, you come back into their life.   

Had me thinking about all them ex and what they are up to.

Kids getting marry too soon.  who doesn't see this coming?  She is like the olsen twins, they are cursed to have the body of a child and grown men wanting to lust over them.  I'll question if they are undercover pedophile.

The kaydoo woman mayor of SF makes the most in the state.

Your hmong woman mayor of Oakland.

Oakland has a deficit right now so she probably will not get it this year.
