I'm just glad and relieved that my niece is safe.  Too close to home.  She's usually in the building but that day she wasn't.

I noticed in the south that houses don't have sprinklers too.  A lot of houses outside city limits have wells and use city water.  Houses in the city don't have wells probably due to city regulations, I'm not sure.
