I don't trust any person like Obama and Kamala who was raised back and forth between different countries. Their hearts are always in two places. They seem to hold the fondest memories of their early childhood in the other country, meanwhile remembering only bad encounters in America when they were old enough. They don't love America like those whose only known America. If America fails, they just go back to the other country and they're used to that culture, lifestyle, so it's not a big deal for them.
Take Hmong people in your age group, for example. Those of you who are between 50-60 years old and were in the Thai refugee camps. You only remember the times as a little kid running around with your cousins. Even though your family was stripped of everything and treated like crap by the soldiers, you were just a kid so it didn't leave that big of an impression on you. But then you come to America at age 10-15 and some American kids (black, brown, white) picked on you and that's all you remember about America.
But those of us who were born and raised in America, or came here as infants, love America. Even if there were rare incidents of mean people, we just view them as aholes who had personal issues. Just like you view those racist Thai camp officials and commie soldiers. You don't hold anything personal against them because you're a kid. You're not even mad that your family members were slaughtered and killed like livestock. You're like the OGs who have a strong desire to go back to Laos even though there were no opportunities and it was highly racist against the Hmong. They just remember the freedom of living in huts and going to the fields at their leisure.
