You should be able to finish these two projects this coming wknd ;D
Do the book shelf in the summer. Not sure what kind of materials you're using but wood is ideal for warmer months in the midwest.
The master bath can be done over Labor Day wknd.

Thanks, I plan on finishing those projects sometimes this year.
Also, add in putting a nice back splash in the kitchen.
Deck and finish the basement in the next 2-3 yrs.

Pretty much the same too. Fenced front yard but not anymore because we'll be the only house on our street so maybe it will be unattractive. We did concrete works 1st thing in our home when we moved in for the backyard. We decided to do the front driveway area so it has room for 3 cars. I still need to find a storage shed to put in the backyard for my kids bikes, etc. we took out all the new water sprinkler in the front and back when we did concrete works so going to have it done sometime when the weather is warmer from the same people who did the concrete. In a couple of weeks going to installed security door in the front. We did estimated for all around the house but I told my husband we only need it for the door and not window or patio door anymore. My husband want to get the full bathroom upstairs a bigger window that can open.
