So weather its a year ago or 10 years ago..put up some pictures!!

Regardless if you had no fashion sense or had some..or you was just a shy little recluse..i would love to see the fashion trends..i think they are cool to look at. 

I definatley dont have any fashion sense and also kinda removed from the world also Im also to the point now I really dont give too much thought to fashion..

But then I met a friend and he kinda talked some fashion sense to me..I mean, I cant be dressing like a 5th grader for all my life now can I?!?!


But yes, feel free to put up some old photos...

I think itd be interesting to see.

And on another note..

When I was growing up and in my teen years...

And the trend was for the guys...  likr baggy pants that was like straight cut and parted hair in the middle ...

And I never knew how that trend came to be with the hmongs until I was  recently watching old Kpop videos...

And I was like "ohhhhhhh...so thats what those hmong guys were trying to emulate..it makes sense now.."

Anyways... reminds me of an old picture story..

This was obviously when I was younger..and of course younger looking...

Anyways.. I had a myspace..and just like everyone Im going to put up my best picture!  And so I did..

Now let me preface..back in the day I didnt know whats trendy..i didnt hang out much or any at all with other hmongs becuase we lived in the boonies..stric t parents as well so...you know how it goes...  no cable t.v. only got cbs and pbs...internet?  Dial up...i believe this was pre youtube..or at its infancy..

So anyways...this girl that knew me...I guess she decided to search me on myspace..and came across it..and you k ow what her comment was?

"Kpop wannabe!"

I dont know how she even got that thought..but whatever..

This was wayyy before I even knew about kpop(I only really discover it like 5 years ago with girls generation...y es I knew about ses but I didnt even know there was a kpop genre..i just chalked it up to ot being "oh, its a song from korea<--i know it doesnt sound right but you know")..

Anyways...

So anyways..up utill she had mention that I always thought I was just being me..

Then later on..as I just got into kpop...I was like oh man...shes right...


Sad coincedental story...

All seriousness though, I think my fashion taste is almost the same as it was when I was a teen...I have finally had the courage to wear a jumpsuit this year and fell in love. Also, I used to hate wearing any color remotely near red, but maroon has been a favorite lately.
