That's one of them mini bike... ahahahaha...
I remember a that I knew manager was so excited to outbid everyone for a bike on ebay for $2000. We asked him if he check to see if it's a mini bike or not... he was so adamant about it being a real sport bike and not a mini. Surprised when it arrive and it was a mini ahahahahaha...

I don't see how this is a scam. It is stupid though. I think this dummy is too dumb to even know how to setup a payment type.
